Job Summary: The Director, Clinical Care Management is responsible for operational activities of the WMCHealth Network Clinical Care Management Program for both Medical and Behavioral Health. Assumes a leadership role of the WMCHealth Network Clinical Care Management Program to achieve the highest quality clinical and resource outcomes.
