JOB SUMMARY:The Sr. HRIS Analyst ensures that the operational interests of all Human Resources areas are being fully represented in the day-to-day operations of the HRIS Department. This role supports all applications deployed within the Harris Health System.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Bachelor's Degree and 7 years with Healthcare preferred or High School diploma and 11 yearsWork Experience: 4 Years of HRIS experience if Degree in place - in a Hospital/Healthcare Organizations.
