JOB SUMMARYThe Supervisor of Shared Services is accountable for operational oversight of one or more functional areas (Benefits, Leave, Payroll, , Workforce Administration or Onboarding and Compliance) in the Shared Service Center (SSC). Partners with SSC leadership to ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are at or above standards and constantly aiming to improve quality and customer experience.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLESupervises teams tasked with the intake and resolution of inquiries specific to PeoplePlace data transactions.
