JOB SUMMARY:The Senior Cost Manager will provide cost management monitoring and reporting for projects under the Harris Health $2.9-billion Strategic Capital Plan. Reporting to the Director of Project Controls, this will include management of internal and external resources on a program level required for tracking all project estimates, budgets, purchase orders, commitments, contract values, change orders, contingency usage, cash flows and cost forecasting. The Senior Cost Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing outside vendors on assigned projects from implementation to completion, ensuring that all projects completed are in compliance with Harris County
