OverviewThe Senior Telecommunications Technicians is responsible for installing and maintaining voice system and related communications equipment on and off campus for renovations, new construction and daily requests for service. This role is accountable for all telephone service and support, relating to all telecommunications technology, to include: VoIP, voicemail systems, ACD, IVR and traditional telecommunications systems, network interface, and vendor specific hardware and software. Interprets service orders, circuit diagrams, and electrical schematics. Tests, locates, and repairs equipment problems associated with trouble calls, and performs routine maintenance.
