Job Summary: This individual is responsible for initiating and following through on the various steps involved in the purchasing of a variety of products, equipment, and services used by all WMC health departments. An individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, must be able to work in an organized fashion, and must have excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to departments within the Westchester Medical Center Health Network Reviews requisitions and purchase orders against specifications and catalogs Reviews requisitions and purchase orders with departments for clarification Verifies budget allocations and charges
