The Director of Facilities and Life Safety is responsible for planning and organizing the safety plans and maintenance of all facilities, equipment & systems for the buildings of Mount Nittany Health. This includes the medical center site and all ambulatory care sites. This work includes overseeing the management of the maintenance team including building a high performing team, the work order system, operating budgets, preventative maintenance program, life safety program, capital planning, supporting construction project management, collaborating with the Facility Project Management team and the overall compliance with the life safety program, for all work spaces including assuring alignment with medical center & ambulatory care’s departmental missions, policies, procedures and confor
