Laboratory Technician
DescriptionThe Department of Neurobiology is seeking a motivated Lab Technician to join our research team. In this role, you will contribute to neuroscience research by making and maintaining primary neuronal cultures and performing routine molecular biology techniques, including DNA cloning and PCR. Responsibilities also include assisting with the growth and maintenance of mouse and human pluripotent stem cell lines, as well as supporting neuronal differentiation experiments such as brain organoid formation and maintenance. You will help with fixation, embedding, cryostat sectioning, and immunohistochemical staining of brain organoids and two-dimensional cultures, and will assist in the product
