OverviewThe Senior Sourcer for Talent Acquisition partners closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies focused on critical, difficult-to-fill, and visible roles across the organization. This position ensures consistency of employer brand to attract and recruit diverse top talent and will creatively source, assess, and select qualified applicants for open searches, including networking and cultivating a talent pipeline. The Senior Sourcer is responsible for creating a positive customer experience for applicants, along with anticipating industry trends and utilizing labor market information to ensure best-in-class candidate sourcing.
