Overview
Provides analysis and reporting support across the organization in the financial and operational assessment of new and existing businesses and service lines, and other initiatives that support the overall strategic vision for Beebe. Additionally, provides expertise and guidance in the identification of key measures of success, and the related performance reporting tools and processes to ensure achievement of organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Provides thorough financial analyses and support to service line management team, including executives, physicians, clinicians and other support services management. Utilize all System financial information systems including core transaction systems, decision support systems and PC financial application tools available. Provides finance and planning support to Executive Owners and Service Line Leadership in development of strategic initiatives, capital planning, operational budgeting, and productivity management. Performs feasibility studies with the use of external benchmark, market data demand projections and scenario building. Provides a detailed outline of the specified economic benefit or return on investment for new and existing businesses / services for Beebe and is able to present results to executive level team members in a polished, professional presentation. Develops key measures of success associated with the financial analyses and ROIs to ensure that the goals set forth in the new / existing business and service line assumptions are both measurable and attainable. Assists the users of financial information in applying cause and effect analysis to the operations of their service line. Advises directors on opportunities for performance / productivity / financial improvement within their service lines. Develops tools and processes to monitor performance improvement initiatives, as well as related education to rollout these tools and processes to the organization and ensure consistent understanding of objectives and use. Develop and present professional presentations to assist the users of the information in understanding the economic and operational implications of all areas outlined above. Presents findings and recommendations to Executives and senior management, performance improvement teams, quality review teams and other stakeholders in a confident, professional style.
Qualifications
Recent experience in either financial planning, management reporting, business analytics, or business development role.Financial analysis and performance monitoring / reporting experience. Professional/technical experience in healthcare. Highly proficient in the use of all Microsoft products Very strong written and oral communications skills Ability to present to C-Suite / Executive level team members. Highly proficient in the use of Excel, and PowerPoint, Microsoft Access, Project and Visio are preferred

Beebe Healthcare serves the Sussex County community with a medical center located in beautiful, historic Lewes, Delaware, and convenient outpatient locations throughout the county. Founded in 1916 by two physician brothers, Drs. James Beebe and Richard C. Beebe, the medical center in Lewes is a 210-licensed-bed, not-for-profit seaside community hospital. Beebe's specialized service lines include cardiac and vascular, surgical services, oncology, women's health, and orthopaedic services. Beebe offers an array of inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and diagnostic services.
Beebe's five satellite campuses offer imaging, physical rehabilitation, and lab services, as well as walk-in care centers. In addition, Beebe offers Wound Healing & Hyperbaric Medicine and Diabetes Management & Medical Nutrition Therapy.
With a mission to serve the community, Beebe also offers many free screenings and outreach programs through its Population Health Department; and advanced medical care for those who are recuperating at home through Beebe Home Care Services.
Beebe is also training the next generation of nurses through the Margaret H. Rollins School of Nursing, located behind the Medical Cente...r in Lewes.
Beebe's Medical Staff has grown tremendously since the early 1990s. Employed physicians through Beebe Medical Group and our affiliated physicians on Beebe's Medical Staff now serve patients from Milford to Millville in specialties including cardiac surgery, dermatology, endocrinology, family practice, gastroenterology, general surgery, internal medicine, pediatric neurology, and surgical oncology.
