The Digital Producer supports the production, maintenance and architecture of Fred Hutch Cancer Center's web and digital properties as part of the UX, Design & Development team within Marketing & Communications.
In this role, your responsibilities will include content strategy execution and digital engagement efforts across internal and external channels. You will also work to optimize user flows while creating and editing content in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and Blackbaud's Luminate Online products.
Our UX team is focused on how these platforms can be used to drive measurable engagement across a range of audiences (patients, providers, donors, scientific peers, and business partners) in support of the Fred Hutch mission. You will build collaborative relationships with faculty and staff, UX designers, developers, analysts and content team members to continuously develop better online tools and experiences.
Responsibilities
- Produce, edit, and maintain content for a variety of digital properties, including forms/search related to employee recruitment, donations and event registrations
- Participate in the planning and implementation of site architecture with global structure in mind
- Develop, manage and implement project plans and site maps
- Write technical user stories to communicate UX/UI and technical requests to web development team
- Manage project workflow, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Work closely with UX designers, developers, writers, philanthropy and other groups on projects and general maintenance of websites
- Determine/Identify opportunities to improve UX/UI to ensure excellent online experiences and support SEO
- Understand brand as it relates to design patterns, user experience across channels (email, digital campaigns, webpages) and documentation within style guidelines

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in computer science, design, business, marketing, communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years in a UX or web production role, or equivalent experience
- Experience with HTML and content management systems (AEM, Drupal, WordPress, etc.)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong project management and communications skills
- Basic understanding of content, branding and messaging as applied in digital/product contexts
- Ability to juggle and complete competing projects and deadlines
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Team player and adaptable to changing needs and priorities Experience with CSS, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver), Figma
- Experience with Blackbaud/Luminate Online platform, analytics, Microsoft Office suite, Jira, and Digital Asset Managers
- Familiarity with writing technical specifications/documentation
- Knowledge of web design, user testing, quality-assurance testing and architecture principles that drive engagement and conversions
- Experience working with teams using Agile methodology

The annual base salary range for this position is from $80,434 to $120,619, and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications. Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center offers employees a comprehensive benefits package designed to enhance health, well-being, and financial security.
